Meet Charlie
Charlie Peace has been selling real estate in Colorado Springs for more than a decade, but the truth is, he’s been interested in houses a lot longer than that.
Charlie believes his job is to help clients make a wise real estate decision, not convince them to make one.
He genuinely loves learning about homes, how they’re built, why they work, why some don’t, and what makes one worth owning. Over the years, that curiosity has taken him well beyond traditional real estate and into remodeling, design, owner-building, and supervising high-end custom home construction. His clients benefit from all of it.
Charlie tends to notice the things other people walk past. Sometimes that means recognizing good craftsmanship or hidden potential. Other times it means pointing out the expensive, strange, or poorly thought-out thing that might be a reason not to buy the house.
He still approaches homes with the same curiosity that got him into the business in the first place. He asks questions, digs into details, and is usually happiest when there’s something unusual to figure out.
Outside of work, Charlie lives in Colorado Springs with his wife, Hannah, and their three kids. There’s a good chance he’s building something, fixing something, researching something he absolutely did not need to research that deeply, or getting the family out camping.
