Ron Parker from the Johnson Team sold our home for us. We are living in a different state so we were concerned about getting things done. Ron handled everything thing for us. He took care of things that we normally would have been expected to do if we were there. He took care of inspections and repairs that needed taken care of and found professionals to do the work for us at a reasonable rate. He made this process so much easier for us. With a strong market in Colorado Springs, we expected to sell our home quickly. Ron came to the house and we decided on an offering at a reasonable price. The photographer did an amazing job and the description of the house was accurate and complete. No wonder we had abundant showings the first weekend! Our house sold quickly above asking. We could not be happier with the whole process. During the sale, the first buyer dropped out and placed us in a bind because we were already under contract for a different house. Ron was able to quickly set up a second weekend showing and we were under contract within a week of the first buyer backing out.
