The Johnson Team's 2025 Recap
The Johnson Team just hit a new all-time record for market share in the Pikes Peak region, and every key metric we track moved in the right direction.
In a national market that stayed flat year over year, our team grew. We closed 355 transactions totaling $165 million in volume, and we hit a new all-time record for market share in the Pikes Peak region at 1.33%.
Those numbers represent 355 families we helped buy or sell a home in Colorado Springs, and a team that showed up every single day to make it happen.

What Record Market Share Means for Home Buyers and Sellers
Growing while the broader market treads water doesn't happen by accident. It comes down to the things we've been committed to since day one: knowing the Colorado Springs market inside and out, giving clients honest guidance instead of a sales pitch, and building a team culture rooted in the values that drive everything we do. Humility, ownership, teamwork, positivity, integrity, growth, and grit.
That record market share tells us something important. More people in the Pikes Peak region are choosing The Johnson Team, and the people we've worked with keep coming back and referring their friends and family. That kind of trust isn't something you can manufacture. You earn it one transaction at a time.
